LKM works alongside builders, site managers and owners to remove the visible traces of construction while respecting new joinery, stone, glazing, flooring, fixtures and architectural finishes.
Every scope is assessed against the project stage, surface condition and handover requirements. We communicate anything that may affect timing, safety or the finished result before proceeding.

The final scope is tailored after inspection. The following represents the core work commonly required across new builds, renovations and commercial fit-outs.
Joinery, kitchens & wet areas
Detailed cleaning of cabinetry, shelving, benchtops, appliances, sanitaryware, tapware, mirrors and fittings using surface-appropriate methods.
Windows, frames & tracks
Interior and accessible exterior glass cleaning with close attention to frames, sills and tracks. Coatings and glass specifications are reviewed before work.
Floors, walls & fixtures
Vacuuming, mopping and detailed presentation of floors, skirtings, doors, switches, hardware and approved finished surfaces throughout the property.
Labels, residue & fine detail
Careful removal of surface-safe labels, light adhesive and approved presentation marks. Specialist or bonded residue is assessed before treatment.
Inspection & handover preparation
Room-by-room quality check, final touch-ups within the agreed scope and preparation of the space for inspection, photography, occupancy or client handover.

What is included in a builders clean?
The agreed scope typically covers construction dust, internal surfaces, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, frames, tracks and final presentation detailing. Every property is quoted on its actual requirements.
When should the clean be booked?
The best result is achieved once dust-producing trades and defect work are complete, services are operating and the property has controlled access. We can also price staged cleans when the program requires them.
Do you service commercial projects?
Yes. LKM supports residential builds, commercial fit-outs, hospitality, offices, medical spaces and other handover environments across Sydney.
How are glass and delicate finishes handled?
We review coatings, manufacturer requirements and visible conditions before cleaning. Pre-existing damage is documented where practical, and methods are adjusted to avoid unnecessary risk.
What if another trade disturbs completed work?
Return attendance or rework required after completed cleaning has been disturbed, removed or affected by later trades is treated as a variation and may attract the applicable call-out fee.
