1. Access to Site You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access and use this website. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Any information collected by this site does not fall under the Child Online Privacy Act (COPPA).
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Services provided by LKM Property Services include but are not limited to post-construction cleaning, renovation cleaning, caulking services, and related property maintenance tasks explicitly detailed within provided estimates or agreements.
2.2 LKM Property Services reserves the right to assess the safety and feasibility of any requested service and may decline unsafe or unfeasible work.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Clients must report any concerns or dissatisfaction with completed services within 24 hours via email (info@lkmpropertyservices.com.au) or phone (0405 338 466).
3.2 Clients must sign provided estimates and arrange deposits prior to service commencement.
4. Warranty and Reporting Issues
4.1 Service warranty is valid for 24 hours from completion. Issues must be reported within this timeframe.
4.2 Claims reported after 24 hours will not be considered valid.
5. Company Obligations LKM Property Services will make reasonable efforts to rectify valid issues reported within the warranty period, subject to inspection and assessment.
6. Warranty Exclusions Warranty excludes damages or issues resulting from acts beyond control, including natural disasters, vandalism, third-party interference, or failure to follow provided post-service care instructions.
7. Liability LKM Property Services’ liability is limited to the cost of the original service and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Payments are due immediately upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.2 Late payments incur a fee of 5% per week after 7 days past the invoice date.
8.3 Failure to settle invoices may result in suspension of services and legal action, with associated costs added to outstanding amounts.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
9.1 Cancellation or rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours prior to scheduled service.
9.2 Cancellations within 48 hours without rebooking may incur the full booking fee.
9.3 Only one rebooking is permitted; additional cancellations may incur extra fees starting at $149.
10. Property Access Clients must provide safe and unrestricted access to the property at scheduled times. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.
11. Force Majeure LKM Property Services is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New South Wales courts.
13. Proprietary Information All content on this site is the intellectual property of LKM Property Services. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
14. Restrictions on Use Unauthorized co-branding, framing, or linking to this site is prohibited.
15. Security You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality. Unauthorized security breaches will result in account termination.
16. Hyperlinks This site may contain hyperlinks to third-party sites, provided as a convenience. LKM Property Services is not responsible for third-party content or accuracy.
17. Submissions Any submissions to this site grant LKM Property Services a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and distribute such content.
